The Healthy Plan: $900

Initial in-person visit, including EKG with interpretation, peripheral vascular health analysis and personalized cardiometabolic health assessment. Including personalized bio markers and vascular age. This plan includes a CardiaX panel. A specialized genetic marker assessment. Evaluating more than 100 individual genetic markers to assess your predisposition to cardiovascular disease, as well as a comprehensive analysis of non-genetic markers. Including in-depth laboratory analysis of your cardiovascular risk markers. Additional comprehensive testing, including other laboratory testing, as well as radiological, and cardiovascular studies may be recommended. Which may incur an additional cost. This plan dives into your oxidative stress, in-depth gut analysis and organic acid testing.
